In order to improve the health inspection culture construction and promote the spiritual civilization construction, Chenzhou Health Inspection Institution submitted an application of civilization construction model unit to Chenzhou Civilization Office.

Typical model would be selected from the institution, moral forum would be carried out randomly, learning mechanism would be established to carry out the business training every month, reading room would be set for the staffs and some idle lands would be renovated to improve the working condition.
