Trying best to implement the precise poverty alleviation

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City investigated Guidong and Rucheng country to check their poverty alleviation development from June 7- 8, 2014. Qu stated that the precise poverty alleviation work should be implemented well there to upgrade the poverty stricken people’s living condition.

Qu Hai and his investigation team drove to Qingshan town, Guidong town directly without stop on June 7, 2014. They checked ecological immigration project and the village’s central primary school. On learning the teaching and living condition of the school by talking with the teachers passed by, Qu required that more efforts should be tried on the promotion of education and upgrading of the school’s infrastructure and teachers’treatment. Qu asked the teachers to be more patient to contribute their efforts to the education and help to cultivate more talents. When the team passed Beixi village, Qu Hai decided to walk around the village temporarily and carefully checked the conditions of its economic and social development, village’s Party organization construction, loan for agriculture, village’s sanitary improvement, and etc.

Qu Hai visited the project site for the removal of ecological immigration of Nandong town, Rucheng county on June 8, 2014. Besides learning details of the implementation of the project, Qu Hai also talked with the villagers who were involved into this removal project about their employment, living condition and some other things. When Qu Hai visited Tuqiao village, he talked with the old men of the village about their daily lives and discussed the environment renovation work and migrant workers situation with the village’s cadres. Qu also visited some projects’ construction sites of Rucheng county and emphasized that investment should be promoted as the key measure to keep stable increase.

Some symposiums were held on the two counties on Qu’s investigation trip. On listening to the suggestions and comments listed by the cadres of the counties, Qu stated that more precise measures should be figured out by specifying guiding idea and spirit of the central and Hunan provincial government’s poverty alleviation policies to decrease the numbers of poverty stricken people and upgrade their living condition; more attention should be paid on solving the highlighted problems, especially on the infrastructure construction, upgrading of public service, promotion of ecological and leisure tourism and some other featured industries, and etc.; more innovative poverty alleviation development methods should be carried out to attract more projects, capitals and talents and also to expand the output of migrant workers to increase farmers’income; “blood transfusion” and “hemopoiesis” should be combined together, especially for the “hemopoiesis”; poverty alleviation concept should be updated to pay balance attention on the poverty alleviation and improvement of local people’s talents and ambitions; great attention should be placed on the improvement of education to grant the poverty stricken children with more courage and knowledge to step outside and improve themselves; and grass-roots organization construction should be enhanced to mobilize the village cadres to handle out the poverty alleviation development well.
