It was learned that Liu Yan- one of the young girls from Lianfeng village, Yao Minority town, Rucheng county got a good job in her hometown recently. As said by Li who was used to work in Guangdong province that she was surprised to find such a good job in her hometown and she decided to stay at home with this good job opportunity.
It was introduced that followed the requirements of educational practices of the Party’s mass line, Rucheng county held series job fairs in some towns and villages to provide more job vacancies to the surplus rural labors and help to solve the employment difficulties for the enterprises as well. Working together with the management committee of economy development zone and some enterprises of some industrial parks, Rucheng Labor Employment Bureau went to 12 remote towns and villages to hold the job fairs during local market-days. Over 13,000 job brochures on describing 688 job vacancies were released to local people. Over 6,000 villagers were attracted to attend these fairs and 226 of them reached their job employment intentions on-site. Such kind of win-win activity not only helps local people to increase their income, but solves the employment problems for enterprises as well.
