An on-site working conference for tourism festival was hosted by Xiang Lili in Rucheng county to arrange relative works

It introduced that the opening ceremony of 2014 China Chenzhou International (Hot Spring) Leisure and Tourism Festival (short for tourism festival) would be held on November 8, 2014 in Reshui Hot Spring of Rucheng county. An on-site working conference for tourism festival was hosted by Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee in Rucheng county to arrange relative works. Xiang required that great supports should be placed on the tourism projects construction to hold the tourism festival successfully with Rucheng county features.

Focusing with the theme of tourism festival, 67 key projects accounting for 34.1billion yuan investment were confirmed by Rucheng county with highlights on “one city (downtown of Rucheng county), one town (Reshui town), one cycle (Xiarong expressway-Jiyi town-Reshui town-Sanjiangkou town-Daping town- downtown of Rucheng county)”. 51 ones of the 67 projects were for the tourism festival and 21 key ones of the 51 projects would be finished before the festival.

Xiang Lili led a team formed with the principals of relative sub-ordinate departments of Chenzhou city visited some key projects construction sites, such as Junlian International Hotel, Rucheng tourism and culture industrial park, Longwang temple wetland park, overall renovation for the urban and rural area environment of Tuqiao village, and etc. They checked the progress of the projects and learned the problems hindered on the way of them as well. Xiang said Rucheng county should seize the chance of holding the tourism festival to promote its tourism industry’s development, and more supports should be placed on the projects construction to ensure them to be placed to operation before the opening ceremony of the festival.

On the on-site working conference, the principals of relative sub-ordinate departments of Chenzhou city presented their solutions to solve the problems as the narrow-neck problem for transportation. Xiang Lili highly affirmed the work handled out by Rucheng county after listening to their working reports. Xiang also affirmed Rucheng county’s idea of promoting the projects construction with assistant of handling the tourism festival. He encouraged the county to hold the festival successfully with all efforts and promote Rucheng county’s overall development accordingly.

Xiang stated that modern service industry, leading by hot spring tourism, should be accelerated in Rucheng county. With the transportation advantages, Rucheng county should promote its tourism industry with characteristic brands, especially some symbolic projects of “hot spring city of China”.

Xiang required that the promotion on establishment of“hot spring city of China” should be further improved by holding this tourism festival. Great efforts should be placed on the promotion of the projects concerned for the festival to ensure the festival to be handled out successfully with Rucheng features.
