It was reported that Chongkou community residents committee was founded in Yongquan sub-district of Chenzhou city on June 24, 2014. 25,000 residents of Yongquan, Baoshixia and some other communities were with new home now.

This committee was approved in January 2014, covering 25,200 people of 7200 families in the 2 square kilometers area. Some advanced facilities were set there to provide the residents with convenient service.

It was introduced by the secretary of this committee that new working style would be followed by the staffs of the community to upgrade the service and play more significant role in social management.
