Qu stated that more reform measures should be handled to promote the development of the industrial park

It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City visited Chenzhou Economic Development Zone on July 10, 2014 to check its projects construction and economic development. Qu stated that more reform measures should be handled to promote the development and upgrading of the industrial park

Qu visited Kangzhuang Avenue of Shigaitang Industrial Park, Aomeisen Industrial Park, Xinan High-tech Industrial Park, L’senna, China Resources Sanjiu and some other projects which were expected to be launched or under construction, and learned the detailed progress of all the projects and operation condition of the enterprises. Qu required that more efforts should be tried on the preliminary preparation work of the projects which were expected to be launched. At the meantime, great efforts should be tried by the construction units to finish the projects which were under construction at the soonest time. All the enterprises of the industrial park should seize the chance to improve themselves and contribute more to the development of the industrial park.

A symposium was held later after Qu’s on-site investigation. Some narrow-neck problems about capitals, lands, removal of rod line, and etc. were discussed on the symposium. Sub-ordinate departments presented their proposals on solving the problems accordingly.

Qu stated that the development plan should be perfected by Chenzhou Economic Development Zone. More competitive advantages should be formed to compete with other industrial parks of Chenzhou city. Qu also said that Chenzhou Economic Development Zone should focus on the target to be upgraded as national level economic zone to carry out the construction work, firstly should be upgraded as the first-class of Hunan provincial level economic development zone, core increasing pole of Chenzhou city’s economy and demonstration zone of Hunan province.

Qu emphasized that the public service platform construction should be enhanced to improve the infrastructure supporting of water, electricity, road, and etc. It should be aimed to realize the full coverage of road net, power grid, and water net to ensure the water and electricity supply of all the enterprises in the zone. More attention should be paid on promotion of projects, which would be helpful to upgrade and accelerate the economic zone’s development. More efforts should be tried to attract more investment from the powerful enterprises and introduce more projects. More attention should be kept on utilization of land to upgrade the comprehensive utilization of lands. More efforts should be paid on reform and innovation by well playing the favorable policies issued by the State and Hunan province. Great supports should be paid on supporting the economic zone’s development to provide the enterprises there with a sound development condition.
