Over 3Million Yuan Expenditure Placed on Community Work by Suxian District

According to the file issued by Suxian Finance Bureau and Suxian Civic Affair Bureau that on the basis of the solution settled in 29th executive meeting of Chenzhou Government, every communities in urban central area would be arranged 100,000yuan working expenditures by Chenzhou municipal and district level government. Followed with the standards of 80% authorized numbers and 20% working progress, 3.024million yuan expenditure for community work was allocated to relative communities.

 

It was learned that it was concluded in 29th executive meeting of Chenzhou Government that the working expenditure for communities in central urban area could be of 300.000yuan (the former standard was 200,000yuan/year). Chenzhou municipal level and district level governments would share that increasing part. There were 38 communities in Suxian district, accounting for 3.80million yuan. 3.024million was allocated to relative communities on the basis of 80% authorized numbers. The rest 20% would be issued according to the work performance operated by the communities.

 

The reporters interviewed Wu Manping- Secretary of Party Branch and Director of Sipuzhuang Community of Suxianling Sub-district after getting the tables with funds allocation details. It was introduced by Wu that there were 6000 residents in this medium level community. Taking average salary as 1600yuan/month into account, the total amount of annual salary for the 7 staffs of the community would be 134,400yuan and the social security amount would be over 90,000yuan. Plus the basic working expenditures on water, electricity, communications, and etc. of 50,000yuan, all the expenditures would be over 274,400yuan per year. Assisted with the working expenditures issued by the government, all the expenditures mentioned above can be fully covered by finance, so the community can place more attention and capitals on other upgrading work to serve for residents.
