It was learned that Sun Jinlong- Deputy Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee investigated Chenzhou city from July 22 to 24, 2014. Sun Jinlong stated that more attention should be placed on Luoxiao mountainous area for its development and poverty alleviation, and more efforts should be tried on the improvement of county economy to accelerate overall well-off construction. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City accompanied Sun with this investigation.

Sun visited Anren, Guidong, Rucheng, Yizhang county, Beihu and Suxian district and Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park in that three-day investigation trip to check Chenzhou city’s social and economic development condition.

Anren, Guidong, Rucheng, and Yizhang county were the four counties from Chenzhou city which were listed in the Luoxiao mountainous area for development and poverty alleviation. Sun visited Anren Industrial Concentration Zone, Filed Park, Shantang village of Yonglejiang town of Anren county, Shatian town, Shuiwan village of Zhaiqian town, and Vocational Education Center of Guidong county, Tanwu village of Daping town, Hunan Tungsten Industry, and Lianxi Institute of Rucheng county, and Hongyuan Chemical Industry, Yangpu Medical Center, Brown Elevator, and Chetian village of Meitian town of Yizhang county. Sun highly affirmed the achievements reached by the four counties with their unique features and forceful measures. He said development and well-being improvement were the top issues that all counties should focus on and more efforts should be tried on improvement of industrial development, promotion of ecological civilization construction, and upgrading of development rapid and efficiency to create new poverty alleviation and development stage.

Sun investigated some other projects as combined transportation of railway and sea of Beihu district, Suxian Gospel Electronics, Delta Electronics of Chenzhou High-tech Industrial Park, Zhongkun Headquarters Economic Center, and etc. Sun was impressed with the sound condition of combined transportation, modern electronic information enterprises and industrial parks and asked many details of the projects along the investigation. Sun said Chenzhou achieved great results on the undertaking industrial transfer and upgrading and transformation of industries. Sun pointed out that more attention should be placed on the infrastructure construction of industrial parks and modern logistics service projects to upgrade the undertaking industrial transfer and service and promote the transformation and upgrading of new industrialization.

Sun stated that county was the main part for the promotion of overall well-off, powerful strength should be placed on upgrading of total volume of county economy, development quality, and per capita volume; enhanced industrial planning should be handled to cultivate featured industries, especially well play the leading role of industrial parks; and more efforts should be tried on the promotion of county economy.
