The first scheduling conference was held by Chenzhou Government
It was reported that the first scheduling conference was held by Chenzhou Government on July 28, 2014. Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City required that all departments should focus on the targets to implement the work to ensure all annual tasks to be fulfilled on time.
A regular scheduling conference mechanism was established in Chenzhou city recently. Principally speaking, this conference would be held every month, which would summarize the work handled out in that month and arrange the work of next month. It was purposely to enhance the scheduling, promote the communication, upgrade working efficiency and ensure all the projects to be fulfilled on time.
The attendants delivered their working reports of July on the conference and presented their working plan of August as well.
After listening to the reports of the attendants, Qu emphasized that all departments should fully implement the spirit of the tenth session of tenth Hunan Provincial People's Congress and arrangement of the economic analysis conference of Chenzhou city held for first half year. More attention should be placed on projects construction, expansion of investment and promotion of " one-hundred-day projects construction". More efforts should be tried on the implementation of relative policies to promote the improvement of enterprises and industries, especially the improvement of industrial park. More efforts should be placed on undertaking industrial transfer and transformation, especially on the promotion of "month of investment attraction- August" to attract more powerful enterprises to settle down in Chenzhou city. More attention should be placed on submitting more projects to upper level government and obtain more capitals. More efforts should be tried on the improvement of well-being construction and harmonious society construction, especially "100 well-being projects".
