It was learned from the working conference for construction of social credit system and establishment of city with sound financial environment that more efforts would be tried on forming " compilation solution for the outline of implementary plan of Chenzhou city's credit system(2014- 2020)". It was purposely to build a unified credit platform of Chenzhou city and promote the establishment of Hunan provincial advanced city with sound financial environment.

The total profit of all financial institutions of Chenzhou city hit 2.306billion yuan in 2013, up 40.03% which was 6.43% higher than last year. The total revenue of security institutions hit 108.74million yuan, up 57.96%. Till the end of this June, there were 18 bank institutions, 6 security companies, 25 insurance companies, 20 small loan companies and 18 financing bonding companies available in Chenzhou city. Such kind of financial institution system well met Chenzhou city's economic development.

It was required on the conference that the construction of social credit system was a long term social system engineer which well met the demands of improvement of companies' competitiveness and establishment if harmonious society. More attention should be placed on building the leadership, mechanism, standard and other points of credit system; should be placed on perfecting the encouragement and punishment mechanism; should be placed on promoting the construction of demonstration pilots of small and medium- sized enterprises and villages' credit system; and should be placed on propagandizing the credit knowledges. At the meantime, all departments should work together to promote the establishment of Hunan provincial advanced city with sound financial environment.
