18 Resettlement Places to be Constructed in Chenzhou City

It was learned from the on-site conference of Chenzhou immigrants' safety replacement work held in Linwu county that Chenzhou city launched the resettlement places construction work on high starting point and high standard in this year. 18 resettlement places capable for 3000people have been started.


It was learned that 1326projects were operated in Chenzhou city in 2013 to improve the living condition of the water reservoirs and immigrants settlement places, which were helpful to provide good platforms for upgrading immigrants' life and keep the social stability.
The attendants visited some resettlement places of Linwu county. Linwu, Guiyang and


Yongxing county shared their working experiences on the conference. It was stated on the conference that safety replacement was a significant work for improving the well-being condition and keeping stability of society. All departments should enhance the understanding to carry out the safety replacement work well. More strict responsibility mechanism should be handled out to serve for the safety replacement work.


Gu Xiangyang- Director of Hunan Immigration Office pointed out Chenzhou city carried out the safety replacement work well with its unique features and highlights. He said after finishing the settlement work, all departments should work together to proceed to further improvement of people's living condition. Gu also stated that the office would summarize Chenzhou city's experience and promote it to the whole province.


Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the conference and stated that Linwu county's experience on the safety replacement work should be summarized to be promoted to the whole city. Better work should be carried out on the regulation of new rural housing construction. The safety replacement project should be handled out as a project meet people's demand well.
