It was learned from Anren Human Resources and Social Administration Bureau that a training project carried out in the county got a good effect. Its employment rate after obtaining the training courses hit 96% in the first 8 months of 2014.

In order to meet the demands of the enterprises’ higher, newer and more advanced development trends, Guiyang county followed the special concept to carry out the training activities. Training courses, training books, qualified certifications, verification of professional technical ability, and introduction of jobs were free for the attendants. Furthermore, the training teachers, devices and materials were dispatched to the attendants’ family. Chef training courses were held out in Huangni village and Qingxi village, plasterer, carpenter and die-filling skills were taught on the construction sites, and sewing, electronics, welder training courses were carried out in the factories. Due to the sound trainings, the attendants learned advanced skills and became the skillful workers who were capable to find their favorite jobs. Till now, 3389 urban employments and 4680 rural transferred workers increased in Guiyang county.

Furthermore, a “one-to-one” service activity was carried by the county to serve for the key projects enterprises which were in need of abundant working forces. Enhanced labor resources management and recruitment information management were governed by the county. Some job fairs were held in the county. More than 5000 job vacancies were provided by over 30 enterprises of Guiyang county. The strategy “to promote business with training, to promote employment with business” was behaved to be a sustainable way in Guiyang county.
