It was learned from Chenzhou construction projects’ quality and safety supervision station that 247 projects (unit’s projects) and 73 municipal projects, covering 5.337million square meters areas were covered into the supervision. 147 were past the approval of safety standardization, 39 of which were past completion acceptance with the completion registration rate of 100%.

In the first half year of 2014, some special remediation activities were held in Chenzhou city; stricter supervision on the safety control was carried out accordingly; and more attention was placed on fighting for the illegal behaviors and checking on construction sites. Due to the sound work, no accident happened in Chenzhou city in the first half year of 2014 and safety situation of construction project of Chenzhou city was kept stable.

It was introduced that enhanced supervision management work was promoted in Chenzhou city as well. Strict responsibility mechanism was implemented in Chenzhou city by the supervision teams to ensure all the projects to be promoted fully. Besides the daily supervision, stricter checking and petrol work was carried out as well. Some notifications for improvement of projects were released by the government.

After checking 24 affordable housing projects in Guiyang, Jiahe, Anren, Yongxing, Linwu, Yizhang, Rucheng and Guidong county, two notification letters were issued to the projects which were with higher risks. They were required to be rectified sooner. Furthermore, digital supervision system was promoted in the construction sites. Till now, 42 construction sites have been facilitated with the digital supervision devices, which can help to supervise the construction sites indoor and increase the working efficiency.
