It was reported that a concentrated approval conference for urban projects was held in Chenzhou city on September 9, 2014. Ten affordable housing projects and real estate development projects covering 4.726billion yuan investment were approved together.

Except the projects haven’t settled the land-transferring fees and relative regulation work, all other projects were granted with “greening channel” to accelerate their progress that they can be launched previously without the certifications and just need to make up all in three months. 10 items of 10 projects were checked together, including 2 items of construction land planning permit, 6 items of pre-sale permit of commodity house, 1 item of lightning protection device design and 1 item of greening project design. All ten projects covered 4.726billion yuan investment with 2.92million square meters land areas.

An investigation was handled out by Chenzhou city to check the settlement of relative procedures after the concentrated approval conference. 32 items of 19 enterprises were discovered not settled on time. It required that all the real estate development enterprises to settle all the procedures before September 30, 2014. It also asked the approval units to supervise the settlement issues of the enterprises and submit the working report to the scheduling office before October 10, 2014.
