It was reported that a working interview conference of well-off construction was held on October 13, 2014. Xiang Lili- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee emphasized on the conference that all work should be carried out regularly on the basis of the target to establish an overall well-off society. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee hosted the conference.

Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government and Chenzhou Government paid great attention on the construction of overall well-off society. Followed the arrangements and requirements of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Government, Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government, all departments took active actions on promoting the construction work with effective results and gained some features and experiences on the process as well. Compared with new indexes, Chenzhou Overall Well-off Office and Chenzhou Statistics Bureau calculated and analyzed preliminarily that there was a certain gap for Chenzhou city on the realization degree of overall well-off society in 2013. Some principals of subordinate departments, counties and districts of Chenzhou city which were with lower realization degree were taken interviews on the conference and analyzed the gaps and weaknesses accordingly. All the principals mentioned above delivered speeches on the conference and declared their further targets.

Xiang Lili stated that specified targets should be figured out and the weaknesses should be improved. There were specified requirements issued by Hunan province and Chenzhou city for the progress of construction of overall well-off society. Chenzhou city should keep the target to be “advanced unit of Hunan province, leading unit of south Hunan”to promote the construction work. More attention should be highlighted on the weaker points to ensure the balance development, especially the weaknesses on economic development, well-being and society, ecological civilization, technological innovation, poverty alleviation, statistic and supervision, and etc. Priority for advantages and balance development should be promoted at the mean time.

Xiang emphasized that stricter responsibility system, reward and punishment measures, and etc. should be implemented well to ensure all the annual targets to be fulfilled on time. All departments, counties, districts, posts and staffs should be dispatched with specified tasks on the basis of the construction of overall well-off society. All departments should try their best to promote the construction work and try to gain the best results. The assessment mechanism should be carried out to check the promotion of the construction work and implement the accountability, reward and punishment accordingly.

Liu Hesheng stated that all departments should pay great attention on the assessment of construction of overall well-off society with specified targets to improve weak points, coordinate with each other, figure out the responsibility, carry out strong measures and promote the construction work.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city and principals of 11 counties and districts of Chenzhou city attended the conference.
