It required that a long-acting mechanism should be promoted for rural housing issue

It was reported that Chen Shezhao- Chairman of Chenzhou Municipal CPPCC led an investigation team to check the regulation rural housing.

Followed the 6 requirements to be with “planning, approval procedure, standard schematic draft, greening, acceptance check and rewards & punishments”, Chenzhou city promoted the rural housing management work accordingly from last October. Currently, construction of 260 well-off new rural demonstration plots was launched in Chenzhou city, which can help to save more than 2000mu lands and drive 1.3billion yuan direct investment.

The investigation team visited Qiaokou village of Suxian district, Tashui village of Beihu district, Xishui village of Guiyang county, integrated housing demonstation plot of Shitoushan village and Sanhe village of Beihu district and checked details of the capital collection, planning, and etc.

A symposium was held afterward. Chen Shezhao stated that regulation of rural housing was one of the key concerns for Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou City, people’s awareness on regulation housing has been improved greatly in just one year and great achievements were gained on the promotion of demonstration plots construction. Chen expressed her hope that a long-acting mechanism should be promoted for rural housing issue and required that some experts from urban construction and planning departments should be invited to check the demonstration plots construction work and upgrade the planning draft’s quality accordingly; more policies should be figured out to implement the overall development of urban and rural areas, new urbanization, and etc.; and better propaganda work should be enhanced to grant the regulation of rural housing with sound atmosphere.
