It was reported that an on-site working conference for winter production and rural land property certificate (pilot) was held in Yizhang county, Chenzhou city recently. As stated on the conference, winter production became one of the important growth points for the farmers’ increase of income, so it is an effective measure to upgrade the utilization rate of agricultural production resources as well as a key measure to guarantee the supply of agricultural products to pay close attention on winter production. According to the data, Chenzhou city’s agricultural economy was kept stable promotion in 2014, its total cultivated areas of grains were 5.21million mu, up 0.11million mu, which was estimated to reach the output volume of 1.95millon tons; the total cultivated areas of vegetables were 1.60million mu, up30,000mu, which was estimated to hit the output volume of 2.9million tons; and the total cultivated areas of fruits were 1.12million mu, up 40,000mu, which was estimated to reach the output volume of 0.9million tons. Till now, the autumn and winter production work has been fully handled out in Chenzhou city to fight the targets of 3.01million mu production scale and 200yuan increase for rural per capita income.

Some other work concerned for winter water conservancy construction, winter epidemic prevention, promotion of the rural land right certificate pilot work, and etc. were laid out on the conference.
