It was reported that a concentrated regional joint enforcement was carried in Yingchun town’s expressway entrance of S353 by Linwu and Yizhang county on November 12, 2014.

Followed the arrangement of the joint action, about 100 staffs selected from the departments of Linwu and Yizhang county’s highway, traffic police, transportation management, agricultural machinery and others were divided to 2 special action groups. One group carried out flow petrol in the enterprises which were the sources of freight, and the other group checked the freight trucks in the entrance of expressway in inter-county region. 820 leaflets were released on that day. 57 trucks were checked, 3 of which were illegal overload trucks, 5 were not covered, and 2 were without weight notes.

In 2014, the regional joint enforcement work was enhanced by the counties. They took active communication with other adjacent counties to form the joint mechanism of treatment of overload, which helped to share the resources and information with each other to carry out the illegal behaviors and gained great achievements.
