It was learned that a symposium of rural reform work was held in Jiahe county, Chenzhou city on December 2, 2014. All the attendants shared their ideas on the key points of rural reform in 2015. 5 key points as land transfer, regulation of housing, manor construction, upgrading of ecology and overall development of urban and rural areas were confirmed on the symposium. Liu Hesheng- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee was present at the conference and delivered a speech there.

The attendants visited well-off village of Baibuling, demonstration village of Shitangjiao, Yixiang tobacco professional cooperative, Puman modern agriculture comprehensive industrial park, and other places. In recent years, Jiahe county fully promoted the comprehensive reform of agriculture and rural area, motivated the rural area’s development effectively and improved the comprehensive development of economic and social development of urban and rural areas by focusing on the target to construct a pastoral county and well seizing the chance of the construction of Hunan provincial demonstration county of overall development of urban and rural areas.

In the symposium, all the attendants exchanged their achievements and experiences on rural reform and studied the tasks and measures for deepening reform. Liu Hesheng stated that the key for solving “three-rural issue” was reform. Enhanced leadership should be carried out to grasp the central government’s basic requirements and ideas on rural reform, to seize the favorable opportunity and to follow basic principles of rural reform on practical conditions; key points of current rural reform should be specified to promote the land transfer orderly, to regulate the rural housing management, to accelerate the development of manorial economy, to upgrade the ecological civilization construction and to enhance the construction of overall development of urban and rural areas; and deepening rural reform should be handled out to reach great breakthroughs on key fields and key links of “three-rural issue”and to reach the target of constructing a well-off society successfully.

Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the conference as well.
