It was reported that the review for Hunan 2013 excellent audit projects was finished recently. Two audit projects of Chenzhou city- “economic responsibility audit for the term of directors of township enterprises bureaus of Chenzhou city”which was implemented by Chenzhou Municipal Audit Bureau and “special audit and investigation for financial revenues of carnivorous and aquatic products companies of Chenzhou city” which was implemented by Beihu District Audit Bureau were enrolled into the list.

From the beginning of 2014, the audit departments of Chenzhou city placed great attention on the “lifeline” of quality of the audit projects to carry out the audit work carefully and try best to forge some “boutique projects”. Chenzhou Municipal Audit Bureau issued the files with specified targets to create some national excellent and Hunan provincial excellent projects. It held some trainings periodically, enhanced the “boutique projects awareness” for the projects, and figured out some efficient methods to expand results and upgrade quality by interpreting the evaluation standards. It also carried out a measure of evaluation instead of training to hold the selection work of Chenzhou municipal excellent audit projects, which helped to upgrade the audit projects’ results. On the process of projects audit, it placed much more attention on four key points as audit priority, process control, communication and coordination, and schedule control to ensure the quality of the audit projects.
