It was reported that the main work for the 36 families’ new houses in the concentrated building point of Songjiang group, Wenchang village, Dongjiang sub-district, Zixing city has almost been finished. The regulated layout, united style, light yellow wall and red top forged beautiful scenery for local area. It was learned that this point is the first batch of farmers centralized residence place and also the demonstration point for Zixing city’s regulated rural housing work. It was launched in last October. Currently, the house owners who planned to move to the new houses in next February were busy in the decoration work.

Last October, Zixing city released some polices as “rewards for the housing with more than 20 families”to fully promote the overall development of urban and rural areas. The cadres and staffs of Dongjiang sub-district carried out the wide propaganda work in the area and actively encouraged and guided the families to build their houses in the central village and centralized housing point. At the meantime, some favorable policies for the reconstruction of dangerous houses and immigrants were obtained by the sub-district. It also gave the priorities for the projects on the infrastructure construction as greening, street lamp, cesspit, and etc. Till now, 6 centralized housing points with over 20 families as Songjiang group of Wenchang village, Chongtou group of Wenchang village, Jiang’s group of Xinghong village, Wan’s group of Longquan village, Pei’s group of Longquan village and Hu’s group of Renli village have been launched in Dongjiang sub-district.

Furthermore, “standard design photos for rural housing construction of Zixing city”was distributed to the villages, groups and families on time. Each village would follow one unified style to handle the construction work and would follow the principals of “the minority is subordinate to the majority and the later one is subordinate to the earlier one” to keep the unified style. It was purposely to create the beautiful scenery by handling the centralized housing point in rural area.
