Recently, the construction party and local government got the complaint from some villagers of Lingjiapai village, Tiantang town, Yizhang county that the water supply was cut off by the construction of Huangsha-Mount Mang highway. On learning this complaint, some staffs from relative departments handled out on-site investigation there and solved the problems of local residents on time, which also helped to ensure the project to be handled out smoothly.

From the beginning of 2014, Yizhang county was mobilized by the establishment of “four-oriented” department and deeply carried out some special contests for projects construction sites. Over 1200 cadres visited the construction site personally to solve some problems of the projects, which greatly helped to optimize the construction condition of the projects.
107 national road around Yizhang county was one of the key transportation projects handled out by Yizhang county, which was aimed to be opened to public in 2014. Till the end of this June, some houses had not been demolished, which badly affected the progress of the project. On learning this problem, some working groups were organized to negotiate with the residents. Followed with strict working principals, 13 families signed the demolition contracts with the government and moved out their houses, which helped to provide sound construction condition for the project.

Currently, the concepts on solving problems, promoting working mechanism and accelerating construction speed properly were deeply rooted in the cadres and staffs’ minds. Till now, 66 of 70 continuous construction projects have been restarted with a rate of 94.29%; 78 of 83 new construction projects have been launched with a rate of 93.98%. 9.314billion yuan annual investment has been completed by the county with a rate of 80.99%.
