As you can see from above image, some worker were laying pitch pavement for the roads of housing for low-income families of Chenzhou Industrial and Commercial Bureau. In order to further promote the construction of civilized community and upgrade livable living condition for the residents, the bureau collected over 2milllon yuan to handle the upgrading project for the housing of low-income families. The project was estimated to be finished in the end of this month.
