It was learned from Chenzhou Water Conservancy Bureau that followed the new idea of "saving water, keeping balanced space, treating systematically, trying two ways", the bureau would keep promoting the construction of water conservancy, especially on the weak points. 5.0billion yuan was estimated to be fulfilled in 2015.

Chenzhou city's water conservancy system would focus on the construction of flood control system. It would finish the reinforcement work of 318 small-scale dangerous water reservoirs and Anren ferry. The treatment on medium and small rivers would be further promoted. The governance and construction of flood-control facilities on Chenjiang river, Yanquan river, Tongxin river, and etc. would be accelerated as well. More attention would be placed on water source system construction, especially for the acceleration of 5 water source projects as Yizhang Mangshan, Guiyang Taoyuan, Suxian Laiyangdong, Rucheng Xitou, Jiahe Sanbaideng, and etc. The water diversion project for drought control in Jiahe, Guiyang, and other counties would be enhanced. Urban-rural water safety system would be promoted to solve 385,600 rural people's unsafe drinking water problem and ensure the rate of tap water in rural area to be over 68.9%. The construction of water-saving agricultural irrigation system would be improved,especially for the reconstruction of some medium and large scale irrigation areas as Qingshanlong, Yizhang Huangchen, and etc. The construction of water facilities should be enhanced to upgrade the effective utilization ratio. Water ecological system construction would be promoted as well, especially on reservation of water and solid, ecological small basin, and etc. It was purposely to forge a modern ecological water system with clear water, green banks, convenient river and beautiful landscapes.
