It was learned from the working conference of Chenzhou city’s development & reform, statistics and key projects construction that 102 key projects of Chenzhou city would fight for reaching the goal of “four 100%” – 100% start of the new projects which should be started in 2015 and the annual investment plan and image process should be fulfilled accordingly; 100% fulfillment of the projects which should be done in 2015; 100% completion of annual investment plan and image process for all continuous construction projects; and 100% completion of annual investment plan and image process for the Hunan provincial key projects which were constructed in Chenzhou city.

In 2015, 102 key projects which covered with 114.6billion yuan total investment and 26.1billion yuan annual investment were organized reasonably in Chenzhou city. 15 of the 102 projects were Hunan provincial key projects, and 30 of the 102 projects should be finished in 2015.

It was required on the conference that further reform and opening up should be handled out in Chenzhou city to enhance the development vigor of economy; the effective investment should be expanded to enhance the capacity for future economic growth; the upgrading and transformation should be accelerated to upgrade the economic development quality; the statistics reform should be promoted actively, especially on investment statistics, calculating system, employment statistics, services statistics and other 2 aspects; the third time of national agricultural census and sample survey of population should be implemented well; the quality of statistics data should be further upgraded, better statistics service should be provided and the supporting of statistics should be enhanced; the responsibility system should be operated strictly to handle the progress of key projects, enhance coordination service, operate green channel, optimize the construction condition of projects and fulfill the targets.
