In the beginning of the Chinese New Year, many trees planting activities were handled out in Chenzhou city.

Image 1: on February 28, villagers from Shendu village, Shuidong town, Linwu county were planting pine trees in Songmushan, which was purposely to improve the wetland condition. Currently, the afforestation work for 38,000mu areas has been done in the county.

Image 2: on March 3, 2015, over 2000 cadres, staffs, officers and soldiers, and local people of Jiahe county were planting trees in Jiulaofeng landscape though it was a rainy day.
