It was reported that Chenzhou establishment office launched establishment work of national civilized city in commercial streets of urban area on March 12, 2015.

Followed the higher standards and requirements listed on the revised “evaluation system of national civilized city” and “evaluation system of the indexes of a city’s civilization level”, Chenzhou city would carry out a comprehensive treatment work for the commercial streets to upgrade the quality and level.

Following are the five tasks for the establishment work of the commercial streets: honest operation management that all businessmen should operate the business honestly with legal license and quality goods; guidance of civilized custom that some cleaning keepers and guidance people would be dispatched to handle the cleaning work and guidance work on the area; management and maintenance of public facilities that daily petrol work would be handled to enhance the management and maintenance of public infrastructures; improvement of the image of streets that more regulated signs and behaviors should be followed; and public propaganda work that some public propaganda board would be set in the suitable place of the streets with highlight of Chenzhou features.
