It was reported that Zhao Hui- Director of Towns Construction Department of the State Housing Construction Ministry and Ning Yanfang- Deputy Minister of Hunan Provincial Housing Construction Ministry led a team to visit Rucheng county and checked its improvement of new urbanization work.

In recent years, Rucheng Housing Construction Bureau improved the level of planning, construction and management by enhancing the guidance of typical projects and expanding the demonstration effects; vigorously perfected the urban and rural infrastructure construction with the highlights of local features and nation characteristic; actively promoted the work of energy conservation and environmental protection and improved the harmonious relations among neighbors. Rucheng county’s construction work on “beautiful village, livable town”was highly affirmed by local people and leaders of different level’s departments.

The investigation team visited Reshui town of Rucheng county and guided the town to carry out the construction work of “beautiful town” and “beautiful village”. The team highly affirmed the innovative spirit of old street community of Tanghe on highlighting the local features and nation characteristics. It also highly praised its promotion of new urbanization construction and improvement of the projects of “beautiful town” and “beautiful village”.

Zhang Aiguo- Member of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee, Hu Guoxin- Director of Chenzhou Municipal Housing Bureau, and Huang Zhiwen- County Chief of Rucheng Government accompanied the team with the investigation.
