It was learned that the list for“great upgrading of well-being, 100 well-being projects” was released on the enlarged meeting of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee Standing Committee held on March 17, 2015. 102 indexes covered with over 15billion yuan were included on the list.

The 102 indexes of “100 well-being projects”can be divided into 9 categories. The urban and rural infrastructure construction projects include 30 indexes as follow: 380million yuan investment should be completed for Dongjiang diversion project; 385,000 rural people’s unsafe drinking water problem should be solved; over 255kms rural roads should be built; 22 backstreets and alleys and 11 urban villages should be reconstructed; 26 farmers’ markets should be handled for standardized reconstruction; 19 rural well-off new villages should be built; and etc. Affordable housing construction projects include following items: 10,500 suits of rural dangerous houses should be reconstructed; 12,100 new suits of public renting houses should be built; over 7700 shanty towns in urban area should be reconstructed; and etc. The entrepreneurship, employment and social security projects include 15 indexes as: 14 incubation bases of entrepreneurship should be perfected; 60,000 new urban employments should be done; 1671 new vacancies for pension service should be facilitated; 45 home-based care service centers should be constructed; and etc. The party construction and social undertakings include 24 indexes as: foundation construction and benefaction projects of party construction should be improved; 48 qualified compulsory education schools should be built; 21 rural public kindergartens should be constructed; and etc. Ecology construction and environmental protection projects include 8 indexes: the construction of comprehensive treatment counties for rural environment should be improved; upgrading project of forestry ecological landscape should be handled out; and etc. The development of production includes following 8 indexes: 11 Hunan provincial demonstration cooperatives of rural cooperatives should be established successfully; 42 standardized and scaled livestock farms of pigs should be built; scientific grain storage for 5000 families should be implemented; and etc. Social management projects include 5 indexes as: 1800 security monitor cameras should be installed; 5 community correctional centers should be built; 11 service stations for floating population of communities and rental housing issues should be constructed; and etc. Supporting projects for poverty-stricken people include 6 indexes: first-aid recovery for 0-7yearls old disabled children should be implemented; treat and cure for psychosis; and etc. Service for the public include 5 indexes as 25 administrative villages should be facilitated with broadband; 10 natural villages should be facilitated with phone service; and etc.
