2015-04-19

It was learned from Chenzhou Development & Reform Committee that new energy power generation was being promoted greatly in the last year of “twelfth five-year plan”. The new energy power generation hit 231.44million kilowatt-hour in first quarter of 2015, while the on-grid energy was amounted to 218.80million kilowatt-hour with an increase of 58.45%.

Till the end of this March, 13 new energy power generation projects have been combined to the grid. The total grid installation capacity was up to 411,930kilowatts, amounting to 35% of the total volume of Hunan province. 10 of the 13 new energy power generation projects were power wind projects with the grid installation capacity of 378.300million kilowatts, accounting to 40% of the total volume of wind power projects. The total generating capacity was amounted to 191.75million kilowatt-hours and the grid power generation was amounted to 183.63million kilowatt-hours. 2 of the 13 new energy power generation projects were biomass power generation projects- Datang Huayin Chenzhou Daowoli Refuse Landfill Power Station and Anren Kaidi Biomass Energy Power Station. The energy generating amount and on-grid energy of them were amounted to 1.16million & 38.24million kilowatt-hours and 1.13million & 34.04million kilowatt-hours respectively. 1 of the 13 new energy power generation projects was distributed photovoltaic power generation- Zhongke Hengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. Chenzhou Industrial Park’s distributed photovoltaic power generation which was with the generating capacity of 293,500kilowatt-hours in the first quarter.

Now, 12 new energy power generation projects with total installation capacity of 486,800kilowatt-hours are being under construction in Chenzhou city. 6 new energy power generation projects with installation capacity of 274,400 kilowatt-hours were issued with approval files and were being promoted to be started. It was estimated that the total installation capacity of on-grid energy would be amounted to 1.20million kilowatt in the end of 2015.
