It was learned from the office of leading group of Chenzhou overall development of urban and rural areas that in order to further promote the administration of rural housing and accelerate the construction of beautiful village, “5553” project for the regulated housing of rural area was confirmed to be implemented in Chenzhou city and was planned to be finished in 2016.

The specified work for“5553” project are as follow: building 500 well-off new villages, that is to say, launching the centralized-housing area with over 20 blocks ( over 50 suits of apartment style houses), regulated pattern, beautiful appearance, economical and intensive land, full accessory, and sound public service condition; cultivating 5000 decentralized housing model, that is to say, selecting some housing models from the ones approved after October, 2013, and confirmed to the housing planning and the “standard schematic handbook of Chenzhou rural well-off houses”; training 5000 architecture craftsmen, that is to say the ones who are younger than 55 years old and certified with the training and test; and promoting 30billion yuan investment.

It was stated by Chenzhou Municipal Overall Development Office that in the first half year of 2015, the planning formulation of well-off new village and “three supplies and one leveling” should be finished and the 1/3 decentralized housing model work and 5000 architecture craftsmen training work should be launched. All departments should place much more supports on “5553” project.
