A digital garden platform will be finished in Chenzhou city in the end of 2015

“According to the requirements listed in the working solution of establishment of national ecological garden city which was issued by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee, a digital garden platform should be finished in Chenzhou city in the end of 2015, the supervision rate should reach 50%, 80% and 100% in 2015, 2016, and 2017 respectively, and the greening administration mechanism which is suitable for national ecological garden city should be established gradually.”said by the principal of Chenzhou Garden Administrative Office.

In order to establish to be national ecological garden city, Chenzhou city should meet higher level requirements on the construction of ecological garden. Chenzhou city would keep perfecting the comprehensive administration system for the ecological garden city, promoting the information construction of administration of urban garden greening, handling the investigation of five urban greening lands as urban park greening land, production greening land, preservation greening land, attached greening land, and other greening land by remote sensing, accelerating the formulation of sharing platform for digital information base of urban garden, releasing of information, and public service information, and operating the dynamic supervision for the construction and management of urban park greening.

Furthermore, Chenzhou city would upgrade the capacity for scientific research of urban park greening by setting up scientific research center (scientific research base of garden, digital garden platform, and drawing approval center of garden) and quality control center; would enhance the supervision work for the quality of garden construction; would follow strict management on administrative approval and green line control based on files issued by the State Housing Construction Ministry; would perfect all management systems on construction, maintenance, preservation, and etc.; and would try more efforts on fighting for the illegal behaviors.
