It was learned from 408 team of Hunan Provincial Geological Prospecting Bureau that a strategic agreement on geological technology was reached between Chenzhou Government and Hunan Provincial Geological Prospecting Bureau after 5 months’ investigation and negotiation, and would be signed soon. According to the framework, in following 5 years, both two parties would work on the construction of service platform of geological technology to serve for the general development ideas of Chenzhou city and promote economic development of Chenzhou city.

Followed the framework, both two parties would work together on exploration of advantageous mineral resources of Chenzhou city, service of geological technology, and implementation of strategic actions of ore-search breakthrough by focusing on the strategic target of building resource-efficient and environment-friendly society. It was purposely to reach great breakthroughs on geological ore-search and upgrade the service function of geological technology on well-being.

The cooperation projects include: the planning of geological minerals, exploration of advantageous mineral resources, ore-search of mine, underground water resource exploration of thirst land & comprehensive utilization, construction of “city of hot spring”, exploration, design and construction on geological disaster emergency flood season & construction of monitoring and forecasting system for geological disaster; propaganda, technological consultant and training for the geological technologies and prevention and control of geological disaster; investigation and evaluation for reconstruction of dangerous water reservoirs and geological environmental protection of Dongjiang Lake, heavy metal pollution control of Chenzhou section of Xiangjiang basin, and other work; project approval work on pollution control of the rivers, basins and shallow groundwater and heavy metal pollution of soil; cooperation on some key projects as rock engineering geological exploration, dynamic monitoring of reserve of mines, geological hazard assessment, and etc.; basic technological service work as rural land comprehensive treatment, registration of fixed assets, certificate of rural land management right, certificate of right of rural collective land, certificate of right of rural residence land, and etc.; construction of “digital city”; and others.
