14 projects of them were finished

It was learned from 2015 Chenzhou urban infrastructure projects scheduling conference for January to April that 217 infrastructure projects were planned to be implemented in Chenzhou urban areas, 144 of which were launched or restarted with an operating rate of 66.35% and 14 of which have been finished.

The 217 infrastructure projects were covered with 19.963billion yuan planned investment. Because of Spring Festival holiday and some other reasons, till the end of this April, 84 new projects were figured out with planned investment 5.134billion yuan, 43 of which has been started with an operating rate of 51.19%. 133 continuous construction projects covered with 14.829billion yuan planned investment were implemented, 101 of which has been restarted with an operating rate of 75.94%.

It was stated on the conference the understanding of current situation and project construction should be enhanced, and the leadership should be enhanced as well by strictly following the mechanism of “one project, one leader, one group, and follow up”. Scientific solutions should be figured out based on practical problems and the coordination and scheduling work should be enhanced to accelerate the progress of projects by upgrading the approval efficiency and ensuring all staffs, capitals and facilities to be in place. The project service work should be optimized to grant the projects construction with sound environment by enhancing supervision and investigation work and upgrading service awareness.
