It was learned from Yongxing Forestry Bureau that Yongxing county enhanced the greening work on barren mountains and some other difficult points from this spring. Thanks to the upgrading and reconstruction work handled out by Yongxing county, sound greening effects were gained there. Till now, 12million yuan was placed on the greening work of 12,303mu barren mountains, including afforestation work for 10,103mu barren grounds and afforestation work for 2200mu purple shale.

It was introduced that the barren grounds and difficult points of Yongxing county are mainly distributed in 13 towns and counties along 107 national road, Jinggang’ao expressway, Jingguang railway, S209, Wuguang high-speed train, and etc. In order to improve the weak ecological condition of the barren mountains and difficult points, Yongxing county placed over 22million yuan on greening battle, “two one-hundred” project, upgrading of difficult points, and some other greening projects in 2013. In recent years, the greening work for 25,000mu barren mountains and difficult points were finished in Yongxing county, which granted the poor ecological condition areas with green views and greatly upgraded the ecological condition there.
