It was reported that entrusted by Chen Zhaoxiong- Member of Hunan Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Executive Vice Governor of Hunan Province, Zhang Yinqiao- Deputy Secretary-general of Hunan Provincial Government led an investigation team with some principals of relative Hunan provincial subordinate departments to check the preparation work of the mineral show on May 11, 2015. Yi Pengfei- Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City attended the debriefing meeting.

The 3rd China (Hunan) International Mineral & Gem Show will be opened within 10days. Now all preparation work is being promoted well. The investment attraction work has been fully finished. 85 foreign exhibitors would attend the show and their oversea cargos have been delivered to Chenzhou city successively. The domestic exhibitors are preparing the exhibition issues. All stands set in Chenzhou International Convention & Exhibition Center were booked out. The decoration work for all stands would be finished before May 20, 2015. Concerned for the professional buyers, over 260 ones as Mr. Daniel’s team from USA, Shanghai Geological Museum, and etc. were invited to attend the show. At the meantime, more than 300 young volunteers were enrolled into the show. Series trainings on foreign language, tour guide, marketing, and other issues were carried out as well for the hotels, travel agencies, taxi drivers, and etc.

Yi Pengfei expressed his sincere thanks to the supports and guides placed by Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Hunan Government and some subordinate departments. Yi emphasized Chenzhou city would try its best to handle out the mineral show successfully. Chenzhou city would also promote the exhibition economy of Chenzhou city by handling the mineral show, and promote the improvement of mineral gem industry by promoting exhibition economy, especially on forging Chenzhou city to be a mineral gem industrial clustering with the functions of transaction, gathering, deep processing, and etc.

Yi stated that only 10 days left before the opening of the mineral show, all relative departments should specify the work details and enhance the implementation work to ensure the mineral show to be handled out successfully and show the best image of Chenzhou city to the world.

Zhang Yinqiao delivered Chen Zhaoxiong’s requirements to Chenzhou city and highly affirmed the achievements gained by Chenzhou city on the preparation work for the mineral show. Zhang required that all departments should keep working hard to handle the preparation wok; should follow high standards and strict requirements to handle the mineral show successfully; should enhance the leadership and highlight the features of the mineral show to handle all activities of the mineral show with international concept and top international level; and should pay more attention on security, reception and propaganda work to well play the comprehensive effects of the show.

Fang Xianzhi- Minister of Hunan Provincial Land and Resource Department and some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city attended the debriefing.
