It was learned that the video and telephone meeting for development of non-public-owned economy of Hunan province was held recently. Some municipal leaders of Chenzhou city as Yi Pengfei, Qu Hai, Gong Fengxiang, Li Ping, Zhang Aiguo, Zhang Xihui, Li Xiping, and Zhou Hailin attended the meeting in Chenzhou parallel session.

Non-public-owned economy and small and medium-sized enterprises of Hunan province were being improved healthily and became one of the most vigorous, potential and creative parts of the development of Hunan provincial economy. It played an irreplaceable in keeping stable increase, adjusting structure, promoting employment, and improving well-being condition. Concerned for Chenzhou city, new breakthroughs were gained on non-public-owned economy in 2014. The non-public-owned economy which is with the main body of small and medium-sized enterprise covered 2/3 of the total economy rather than just 50% in earlier years. The added value of non-public-owned economy of Chenzhou city was 70% of total GDP. The added value of scaled industry of non-public-owned economy was with an increase of 12.8% which was 0.8% higher than the average level of Chenzhou city; The added value of above scale small enterprises was with an increase of 12.3% which was 1.2% higher than the big and medium-sized enterprises.

It was emphasized on the conference, all cities should follow new rules and new requirements to firmly encourage, support and guide the development of non-public-owned economy; should accelerate the healthy development of non-public-owned economy on the basis of new breakthroughs and new leaps; should grant the development of non-public-owned economy with sound environment by enhancing new working style and new acts; and should promote the rapid development of non-public-owned economy to contribute the scientific and strong development of Hunan province. All enterprises of non-public-owned economy should well analyze and grasp the new situation and new requirements for the development of non-public-owned economy and find suitable way to provide long-term driving force for the increase of Hunan provincial economy; and should accelerate the integration of industrialization and informatization based on market and management to contribute more on Hunan province’s adaption and guide of the New Normal.
