Ranking top place of Hunan province on the comprehensive level
When reporters arrived at China Hot Spring Museum in Reshui town of Rucheng county, a group of visitors from Guangdong province were enjoying their eggs and nuts boiled by the 98℃ high temperature hot spring water. In last year, 5million yuan guiding capitals of tourism industry were allocated by Chenzhou finance to support some hot spring projects construction such as upgrading of Fuquan, Reshui Cultural Park, Hot Spring Museum, and etc. and help to hold hot spring festival. Thanks to all the upgrading work, Rucheng county's quality and fame of hot spring were greatly improved and attracted more visitors there.
It was learned that in order to promote the development of tourism industry, Chenzhou city set up the guiding capitals for tourism industry from 2010. The capitals were increased from 10million yuan/year at the beginning to 12million yuan in 2012 and 15million yuan in 2014. It was mainly used to support the construction of infrastructures of tourism industry, development and construction of hot spring tourism projects, propaganda and promotion of Chenzhou city's tourism, major projects of tourism industry, some events of tourism festivals, and etc.
At the meantime, Chenzhou financial department took active actions on optimizing the supporting measures and integrated investment to play the bear advantages of capitals. Furthermore, it also enhanced the supervision work by handling the result-oriented assessment of financial tourism capitals to upgrade the utilization effect of capitals.
Assisted with the guidance and support of capitals, Chenzhou city's tourism industry was improved greatly in recent years, ranking the top place of Hunan province on the comprehensive level of tourism economic development. Currently, there are 25 national level tourism spots available in Chenzhou city, including 12 4A and above level tourism spots. In 2014, 33.166million domestic visitors and 264,000 foreign visitors were received by Chenzhou city, accounting to 23.31billion yuan domestic tourism income and US$100million foreign income.
