It was reported that first PPP (public-private capitals' cooperation) project of transportation with 287million yuan investment have been signed between Yizhang county and Jiangxi Wantong Construction Co., Ltd.

It was learned that the project signed in this agreement was for Wuling'ao - Taoliwan road which was one of the adjustment plan of highways of Hunan provincial "twelfth five-year plan". This 5.506kms long road is from Wuling'ao of Wuling town of Yizhang county, via Jingshuijiao, Jinzhuwan and end at Taoliwan. It is connected with the G107 Yizhang ring road which was being under construction and joint with G107 and S353 Yizhang Avenue. It will be followed the standards of first class highway to handle the construction work, accounting for 287million yuan investment. Once finished, it would be greatly helpful to improve the highway network of Yizhang county, accelerate its upgrading and expansion of urban county, promote the upgrading of industrial parks and improve the regional economic development.
