It was reported that Qu Hai- Deputy Secretary of Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Chenzhou City dispatched the construction of Chenzhou airport on June 15,2015. Qu required that all work should be arranged by reversed schedule to fight for the target of launching the airport project in 2015.

In the end of this April, Chenzhou airport project was approved by the experts checking and approval organized by National Development and Reform Committee. In recent days, sound improvements on the communication with upper level departments were gained by Chenzhou city. Series of checking and approval procedures were estimated to be finished in this June.

On the scheduling conference, the principals of Beihu district and some subordinate departments shared their ideas and suggestions on the promotion of airport project, made statements for the problems hindered on the way, and specified the solutions and time limits to solve them all.

Qu Hai highly affirmed the preliminary work handled out for the airport project. He stated that all departments took active actions to promote the preliminary work with all efforts and reached great achievements on it. In next step, all departments should well seize the chance of the state's investment on infrastructure construction and establishment of comprehensive transportation lobby of Yangtze River economic belt; should focus on the target of launching the airport project in 2015 to handle all preliminary work and finish the approval and planning work sooner.

Qu emphasized that all preliminary work should be well handled. Focusing on the target of launching it in 2015, all preliminary work should be firmly carried out. The project should be approved before this August and some work as research plan, general plan, port plan, and etc. should be promoted at the same time. All subordinate departments should well play their roles to prepare relative documents and handle relative procedures, communicate with upper level departments, and promote the preliminary work positively. The support work for the project should be well handled as well. The staffs for relative work should be posted in three days and specified responsibility system should be figured out. The scheduling work should be carried out every half month to find and solve the problems hindered on the way on time.
