The total investments were amounted to 150million yuan

It was reported the Zhaoxiang road which is from Paper Plant to Xiangshanping was passed the checking and accepting on June 19, 2015. From July 1,2015, it would be transferred to Suxian District Road Administration Bureau to handle the management and maintenance work.

It was introduced that Zhaoxiang road is one of the highway projects of "twelfth five-year" plan. It is about 12.906kms long from Paper Plant to Xiangshanping village, via Changchongpu village, Lianmeng village, Xujiadong village, Hanhetian village, and Huangcao village. It was followed the standards of national second grade highway with 150million yuan investments. It was launched on May 7, 2013 and finished on December 30,2014.

The project is an east-west high level highway in the north area of Chenzhou city. It works together with new G107 in the west area, and Chenzigui road & Chenzhou Avenue in the southeast area to form the high level ting road network of Chenzhou city, which is helpful to relieve the traffic pressure of central urban area, Chenzi road and Chenzhou Avenue and upgrade the transportation efficiency. It can also play an important role on developing the resources of regions, accelerating regional economy and promoting the development of tourism industry. At the meantime, it helps to shorten the distance between the counties of Suxian district and central urban area of Chenzhou city, which is significant to accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas and upgrade the urbanization level of the counties.
