When reporters arrived at Yongxing county on June 24, 2015, different types of propagandas of independent culture were being posted there. The staffs who work in the windows of administration center were serving people passionately and patiently.

In recent years, Yongxing county paid great attention on the construction of independent culture which was considered as the fundamental project of working style rectification and anti-corruption. Along with the construction of “independent Yongxing” demonstration belt, some propaganda posters were displayed on the sides of highways and downtown roads. Some permanent billboards were facilitated on the Yongxing county’s entrance of Jingzhu expressway and on the road sides of Hunan provincial road S212. At the meantime, 40 colorful window showcases with the information of independent culture were set on the bus stops of arterial roads of the downtown. Currently, Huang Keqing independent culture education base was established successfully in Yongxing county, which helped to promote the construction of independent culture. Thanks to the positive power expressed by the propaganda of independent culture, Yongxing county’s economy and society were being improved greatly.

Along with the promotion of construction of independent culture, the social atmosphere of independent culture was being formed in Yongxing county, which helped to form an independent culture system with the profound historical culture, obvious features of times and Yongxing county’s characteristics was being created there and helped to promote the upgrading of working style of the Party members and cadres of Yongxing county as well.
