It was learned from Chenzhou Finance Bureau that in order to activate farmers’ positivity on constructing the small-scaled water conservancy, Chenzhou Finance decided to allocate 22million yuan from the 66.80million yuan funds of water conservancy as subsidies for the small-scaled water conservancies.

It was learned that 9.50million yuan of the 22million yuan is the special fund for “five small” water conservancies which would be mainly used to support the “five small” water conservancies construction especially the small and micro water resources projects in drought areas; 3million yuan is the award fund for pilot and demonstration projects of farmland water conservancy which would be used to subsidize the key counties of small-scaled water conservancy, pilot counties of water conservancy reform, counties of high-standard farmland construction, pilot counties of treatment of ponds, and some other demonstrations confirmed by Chenzhou Municipal Party Committee and Chenzhou Government; and 9.50million yuan is the award fund for the selection of key villages of small-scaled water conservancy construction which would be subsidized to the selected key villages with heavy tasks and high positivity on the basis of specified principals.
