It was reported that an on-site scheduling conference for the wind power projects was held in Wuling town, Yizhang county, Chenzhou city recently.

It was introduced that Taipingli wind power project is one of the key projects in Yizhang county and Chenzhou city. It was divided into two phases. The first phase was for 495,000kw wind power project which installed with 25 wind turbine generators. Its grid power generation capacity is 94.93million KW.h per year, which can help to save 32,300tons of standard coal and 68,000tons of water.

This project was officially launched on February 18, 2014 and the first batch wind turbine generators were combined to grid on December 30, 2014. Currently, the final wind turbine generator was being processed to the lifting project and the first phase of this project was estimated to be fulfilled in the end of this July. Once finished, the wind turbine generators set there would be new beautiful scenery as Wuguang high speed train, Jingguang railway, Jingzhu expressway and G107 national road.
