In recent days, 26.05million yuan project funds were issued to Rucheng Economic Development Zone by Rucheng Investment and Financing Center. It was learned that it was the first project fund released by the center from its establishment, which indicated the accounting work for investment and financing is on the way in Rucheng county.

In this May, some project funds, PPP project funds and some other government investment and financing projects funds which were listed in “Rucheng county’s temporary solution for the management of government investment and financing projects”were covered into the centralized accounting. Eight companies’ accounting work on government investment and financing projects funds were taken over by the county, covering 64.12million yuan funds. Now 456.77million yuan funds concerned for 86 projects were administrated by the county. It would further regulate the accounting work for government investment and financing projects funds and establish and perfect the financial accounting system for government investment and financing funds, which was purposely to enhance the capital benefits and resolve the financial risks effectively.
