It was learned from Zixing leadership office of “one family, one industrial worker”engineering development project that the first phase training course for rural builders was started recently.

The training course was combined with concentrated training & scattered training, and professional theory knowledge &practical operation. 450 rural builders from different towns and counties of Zixing city would attend the training in batches. Once finished the training and qualified by the assessment, the builders can be granted with the builder certificate issued by Hunan Housing and Construction Department and bricklayer professional certificate issued by Hunan Human and Social Resources Department.

In recent year, Zixing city well seized the chance of establishing“beautiful town, beautiful village” to regulate rural people’s construction of houses, enhance the construction approval procedures, and encourage villagers to unify the construction style based on the collective drawings of houses. At the meantime, “one family, one industrial worker”engineering development project was being carried out together to enhance the training of rural builders and upgrade rural construction level.
