It was learned from Chenzhou Development and Reform Committee that three coal mine safety reconstruction projects were enrolled in to 2015 central budget investment plan according to "the notification on issuing 2015 central budget investment plan" released by the State Development and Reform Plan.

The three projects are: Bayi Mine of Tangdong Coal Company China Resources Coal Co., Ltd., Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine of Hunan Coal Group Co., Ltd. and Xijing Mine of Jiahe Coal Company. The total investment for Bayi Mine is 42.82million yuan, including 8.56million yuan central budget, 3.42million yuan local investment and 30.84million yuan company investment. It would be mainly used for the treatment of underwater disasters and upgrading of monitoring system. Meanwhile, the total investment for Zhouyuanshan Coal Mine and Xijing Mine are 31.73million yuan(9.52million yuan of which is central budget) and 18.20million yuan(5.46million yuan of which is central budget).
