It was reported that the constriction conference for paddy field project of land development & technical disclosure conference was held in Jiahe county on August 26, 2015, which indicated the first paddy filed project of land development was officially launched in Jiahe county.

It was introduced that the project was located in Xinzhui village and Letang village of Xiaojia town with the county investments of 1.656million yuan. The total construction scale of it is 19.45 hectares, 16.8 hectares of which are new paddy fields, accounting for 86.38%. The bidding work for this project was finished in the first of year of 2015. A mobilization conference was held there as well. Jiahe County Land and Resources Bureau, Xiajia town Party Committee and Government, design departments, supervision departments, construction units and some relative village committees worked together for the design of the project and discussed together on some technical and other issues. Currently, the project has been launched officially and was estimated to be finished in the end of this year.
