Chenzhou city paid great attention on the construction of well-being projects. It placed 242million yuan on Chenzhou 4th Sewage Treatment Plant which is the core area for the sewage treatment of downstream of Chenjiang river and is one of the important parts for the sewage treatment of Chenzhou urban area. It is related to the water safety and water environment of the whole urban area.
