It was learned from some departments that Beihu district finance collected 870million yuan for “100 well-being projects”from January to August of 2015. 30 tasks of the 81 preset projects have been fulfilled or over fulfilled, accounting for 37% of the total.

Beihu district well implemented “100 well-being projects”as the important grasp of the construction of well-off society by combing it together with overall development of urban and rural areas, ecological civilization construction and city upgrading. Beihu district finance worked together with other departments to handle the investigation, scientific planning, selection of “100 well-being projects”, which helped to present reasonable suggestions and comments on projects and avoid unnecessary lost.

At the meantime, more attention was placed on the supervision of capitals. The Business Department strictly followed the financial disciplines, incorrupt government disciplines, and procedures of capital appropriation to allocate the capitals based on practical condition of the projects, which helped to ensure the safety of the capitals. The Financial Investment Review Center enhanced its work on the supervision of the project change, increase of cost, concealed work, and etc. in every stage, which greatly helped to block the leak of capitals. The Performance Assessment Department selected the key well-being projects into the budget performance assessment plan and well handled the supervision work, which helped to improve the effect of capitals.

In recent years, Beihu district placed much more investment on well-being projects. It was learned that 2.8billion yuan were placed on “100 well-being projects” by Beihu district in recent three years. All people of Beihu district were greatly benefited from the improvement and their satisfaction rate increased accordingly, which indicated that “well-being projects”became “popularity-winning projects”.
